Complaints

All complaints related to the online account payment can be submitted by the user in the following manner:

Payments not accepted

If issues occur during the payment of funds to the online account please contact your bank, owner of the card. The bank can reject a transaction for any of the following reasons:

  • Error in card validity date
  • Error in card number
  • Error in CSC CVV (last three digits of the card)
  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired

Protection of classified transaction information

During online card payments the entry of card data is executed on the protected page of the bank. The company has no access to information from your card at any moment.

During the entry of debit card data, confidential information is transferred over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently, the latest technologies.

Information on the debit card are not available to our system at any moment.

Return of funds is executed exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment method, meaning the bank shall, at the request of the seller, return the funds to the user’s card.

Protection and collection of personal data of the user and its usage

The company agrees to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data and data required for operations and informing the customers in accordance with good business practice for the purpose of providing quality service. All information on the customers are kept confidential and are available only to employees requiring such data for their business operations. All our employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality principles.
